This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible PierceBling orders purchased directly from this website. Because body jewelry is a personal-use item, returns must meet the hygiene and condition requirements below.

Return Window

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original packaging.
• Items must include all original parts, labels, and accessories when applicable.
• Returned items must be safely packed to prevent damage in transit.
• PierceBling may refuse returns that show wear, damage, alteration, missing packaging, or signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn body jewelry.
• Items removed from sealed hygiene packaging when hygiene safety is affected.
• Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized items when marked as non-returnable.
• Gift cards or digital items if offered.

Refund Timing

After a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error by PierceBling or a confirmed defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and order details. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
